Sh'Tara is based in Portland, Oregon and specializes in elopements and intimate weddings. I am here for the couples that want to piece together the building blocks that tell their love story in wild and fun ways; the ones that want to share in new experiences together.

Sh'Tara Lynn Photo is based in Portland, Oregon and willingly travels beyond for all the amazing couples that come my way.
My services are for the couples out there who want to create a custom and intentional elopement together that reflects them. Where they can make there own rules, choose their own adventure, pick the traditions they want to stick to and toss out the ones they don't want.
One of my top goals in my business is to create a space where your love, no matter what it looks like, can shine through and be showcased; because your love is beautiful and unique.

I love me a damn good adventure, letting my creativity run wild, deep talks with people I love, a free spirit, a gut busting laugh with the people I vibe with, making lasting memories, goofy-ass conspiracy theories , human connection, the great fucking outdoors and being in water (oceans, lakes, rivers, pools). Being in water is where I feel the most grounded.
Woah, woah , woah, I forgot one thing! A good slice of pizza and sushi deserve to make the list as well. I didn't mean to leave you out babes.
I also love empowering my couples to do shit their way, build their ideal elopement day and to be intentional!

I help couples create experiences that are uniquely them. There shouldn't be a "one size fits all" or "cookie cutter" elopement. That's supposed to be the joy of a freaking elopement. The freedom and breaking the shackles of huge weddings.
Maybe you want to create the best adventure you and your parter have ever had? Maybe you just want to run away to the coast or mountains for the weekend, rent an Airbnb and spend your time chillin' and connecting?
My point here, is that elopements look different for everyone and are chosen for many different reasons.

Sh’Tara is a literal angel and best wedding photographer! She was very responsive and listened to our needs. She was patient with us and she created this space where we could be authentically ourselves. Like there was no wrong way to pose. And she encouraged our goofiness! She was very professional, made sure that we got “the shot” and moved quickly within our tight timeline on the wedding day. Even my guests mentioned how attentive to our needs she was at our wedding.
